- Create digital marketing plan and coordinate creation of all marketing material (both digital and physical) for the event.
- Write digital copy and schedule social media posts to reach maximum audience interaction (on Fb and Ig).
Goals:
- Increase audience awareness of event.
- Build a brand and generate interest for a new event.
- Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic for all marketing content.
Results:
- Increased event attendee stats increased by 22% from prior year (from 205 to 250 attendees).
- Increased exposure of marketing content (official video, posters, graphics).

Strategy:
- Track page activity of followers and schedule content to release at times of peak page activity.
- Generally between 9pm - 11pm on weekday evenings.
